  • Removes unwanted color Can lift a little or a lot Ammonia free Easy to use
Beyond The Zone Radical Color Remover is an ammonia-free formula that can remove a little or a lot of color. Allow the mixture to process for 15 minutes for a lighter lift up to 45 minutes for a greater lift.
  • To remove a little color from hair mix with 2 ounces of water.  For greater lift or bleaching, mix with 2 ounces of 10 or 20 volume developer.

Mix in a bowl until a paste is formed. Apply onto hair with a brush; use the foil technique to avoid any potential skin irritation. Allow to remain on hair for a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 45 minutes.

The longer the processing time the greater the lift. Exposure to heat will speed up the processing time. Shampoo hair twice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It turned out better than I expected! Seeing all the negative views, I was wary. I had green hair, then as it faded, I made it dark brown because I really didn't want to bleach it again, I cut my hair due to ruining it with bleach once so I didn't want to repeat that! I hated the dark color on me, it just made me feel ugly. I had tried color oops many months ago on my purple hair and it was decent but it smelled like rotten eggs and took so many hours to do, just to leave me with blotchy hair. So I gave this one a try! I expected many different outcomes: The green streaks that I missed out leave but I would stay dark brown, The brown would leave and the green would stay, or all of it would leave but make my hair very swampy colored. In the end, I didn't get the bottom parts too well, and there IS some green left (as seen in the picture on the left side), however, it exceeded my expectations and I feel much better with this than with my dark hair (:

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Great This hair colour remover works amazing! It works decently with just water, but even better when using a 20 vol developer, even to get out really stubborn colours that don’t like to fade. I’ve used it a lot, and it’s definitely one of my favourite semi-perm removers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh It doesnt work very well with water (instructions say you can use water or developer). Had to do it 3 times to get a modest lift. It says to shampoo your hair twice but I recomend 4-5 times. If you want a SLIGHT lift it works but if you want a big lift either get developer or something else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WORKS ON COOLTONES This color remover has been the lifesaver for my hair that i needed, it's gentle on the hair if you use it with caution! It's the best product i have found to remove cool colors. It's taken out my blue/green out of my hair back to bleach blonde first try, warm colors on the other hand like Red wouldn't budge! I only got this product last time to mostly remove the red and it wasn't able to, but it removed the other colors i had in my hair. I would still reccomend this for taking out cool colors!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked but not for pink tones My hair was dyed in pink and purple tones and I wanted to completely remove all the color. I used two packets with 4 ounces of 20 volume cream developer for my hair (long, to mid back). It was more than enough. I left it in for the longest time, 45 minutes. I shampooed twice, conditioned, and let it towel/air dry. All of the blue/purple tones were removed, but some pink tones were still there. I was disappointed in that. I think that was from the magenta purple type dye I had used. The blue-toned purple all came out. Since I applied the mixture all the way to the roots, I noticed it did lift my new growth very slightly (from natural black/brown to deepest brown). I intend to use a bleach kit next anyway to lighten the new growth, so I’ll apply some to the pink and get it out that way. It works for some colors but not all.
