Clairol Professional® TRUE COLOR™ Standard mixing Ratio 1:1
1. Mix 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR™ Permanent Color with 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR™ Developer (20, 30 or 40 volume).
2. Apply color mixture to dry hair
3. Process for 30 minutes o Rinse, shampoo & condition o For Stubborn / Resistant Grey hair use the NN series (3NN, 5NN, 6NN, 7NN) and add an additional 5-10 minutes of processing time at the new growth area.
4.. Rinse, shampoo & condition Toning with True Color. Mixing ratio, 1:1 for a strong toning effect or 1:2 for soft toning.
Strong toning
1. Mix 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR Permanent Color with 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR Developer (20 volume).
2. Apply color mixture to towel dried hair
3. Process for 15-25 minutes
4. Check every 5 minutes until your desired color is reached
Soft toning
1. Mix 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR Permanent Color with 2 parts Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR Developer (6 volume).
2. Process for 10-15 minutes
3. Rinse, shampoo & condition
Refreshing /glossing with Clairol Professional True Color
1. Mixing Ratio: Mix 1 part Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR™ Permanent Color with 2 parts Clairol Professional TRUE COLOR™ Developer (6 volume).
2. Apply mixture to dry or damp hair
3. Process for 5-10 minutes o Check every few minutes until your desired color is reached
4. Rinse, shampoo & condition
TRUE COLOR™ Developer 30 Volume is recommended for lightening with a deposit on natural hair color To lighten natural hair color Levels 4-10 (Light Brown - Lightest Blonde):
•up to 1 level - use 20 Volume
•up to 2-3 levels- use 30 Volume
•up to 3-4 levels - use 40 Volume To lighten natural hair color Levels 1-3 (Black - Medium Brown):
•up to 1 level - use 20 Volume •up to 2-3 levels- use 30 Volume
•up to 3-4 levels - use 40 Volume NOTE: For additional lift, formulate 1-2 Levels lighter than the desired result.
