Order Status
Click here to check the status of a recently placed order. An order can only be cancelled by a customer service representative prior to being processed by our distribution center. Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, you will need your order number and postal code.
My Order History
If you created or signed into your account while placing your orders, you will be able to view them in the 'order history' section of the 'my account’ page. Your history contains all orders placed within the last 12 months. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, it will not be included in your order history. Order history is website specific. Orders placed on SallyBeauty.com can be viewed on that website. Orders placed on SallyBeauty.ca can be viewed on this website.
Subscription Orders
Sally Beauty terminated our subscription service on March 8th, 2021. Future subscription orders will not be processed after March 8th. Please visit sallybeauty.ca to place an order for your favourite products.
Payment Options
SallyBeauty.ca accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
If Your Card is Issued by a Non-CA or Non-US Bank
Credit and debit cards issued by banks outside of Canada and the U.S. are a valid form of payment on SallyBeauty.ca. These cards are subject to the same security checks as cards issued by banks in Canada and the U.S. The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, communication with foreign banks is not always as seamless as with banks based in Canada and the U.S., and we may be unable to verify the information required to complete your transaction. If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by e-mail that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these e-mails do not include details of why the order was not completed.
When You Will Be Charged
Payment by credit, debit or check card: The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships. Your card will be only charged for the total amount of all items that ship. Any items that do not ship will not be charged to your card. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.

SallyBeauty.ca supports Verified by Visa (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your Visa card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out.
SallyBeauty.ca charges sales tax on all transactions.
SallyBeauty.ca credits sales tax to qualifying First Nation customers. These customers are entitled to receive a sales tax refund if they have a valid First Nation status card and the goods are delivered to a reserve. Rules vary by province.
SallyBeauty.ca credits sales tax to government institutions, non-profit organizations, and foreign diplomats if applicable. These groups may be entitled to receive a full or partial sales tax refund if they have valid documentation. Rules vary by province.

Out of Stock
On occasion, an item may go out of stock during the check out process. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, your shipping confirmation email and order total will reflect this.
If your order contains multiple items we will ship those items that are in stock. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will indicate any items that did not ship due to out of stock reasons. For your protection SallyBeauty.ca does not store credit card information. We do not ship backorders for this reason.
Phone and Catalog Orders
No phone or catalog orders are currently accepted. However, some of our stores provide telesales service for their professional salon customers. If you are a salon professional, please contact your local Sally Beauty for more information.
International Orders
At this time, we are only shipping our products to Canadian Shipping addresses. For shipments to the US, please visit SallyBeauty.com.
Promotional Orders
To use a coupon or promotional code for an associated item you are purchasing online, type the six-digit coupon or promo code exactly as it appears into the field provided in your online cart, or cut and paste your unique code. If your promo code is not valid, you will see a message that your promotional or coupon code cannot be applied at this time. If your promotional or coupon code is valid, your savings will be displayed along with your other order details in the payment summary page. Order discounts for a percent or dollar off cannot be combined with any other offers. Offers are valid only while supplies last. Please refer to the offer details for redemption information and specifics about the offer. Sally Beauty reserves the right to end or modify a promo at any time.
