What is it?
Wella colorcharm Permanent Liquid Hair Toner with Liquidfuse Technology™ saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to deliver vibrant color that is exceptionally fade resistant. The extra mild formulation is ideal for creating delicate shades of blonde – like platinum and beige - and neutralizing unwanted warmth after lightening. Great for toning pure, double processed blondes.

Pre-lighten the hair to desired level before applying toner.
Mix 1 part Wella colorcharm toning color with 2 parts 10 or 20 volume Wella colorcharm developer. Apply to towel dried hair then, develop for up to 30 minutes. Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved.
10 volume developer for same depth or darker, offers minimal lift
20 volume developer for 1-2 levels of lift
You can customize the toner formula by intermixing shades. For example, if you want a shade that is in between an ash tone and a warm tone, try mixing equal parts of T-18 and T-14 with equal parts of T-11 or T-35.
